Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, where possible. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue and photographs of the product. We will assess your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, subject to your statutory consumer rights.
Return Costs
Where a product is confirmed to be defective, EVERJOY will cover the reasonable costs of returning the product.
