Returns & Exchanges
Our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Standard Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on body care products (washes, lotions, oils, butters) that have been opened or the seal broken, unless the product is faulty.
Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at victory@victoryvalleys.com with your order number and a photo of the fault so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
